So what you're saying is; Radio needs to rethink and redesign itself by getting rid of the old "radio gold" "it used to work" mentality, bring in non-traditional ideas and voices from the outside, and develop local and unique sounding content.

Whoever does this first on a large scale will dominate. Period.
